Dr. Anushiya Janarthan (Dr. Anu)
MD, FRACGP
Dr Anushiya Janarthan lives locally within the community with her husband and her two gorgeous daughters. She graduated from the prestigious Riga Stradins University and holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
She has worked in the South Metropolitan Health Services of Western Australia in emergency medicine, obstetrics, general medicine, surgery, mental health, and geriatrics.
She has 16 years of extensive experience working in a spectrum of medical specialties which also includes critical care, rural medicine, general practice and especially obstetrics and genecology within one of the largest teaching hospitals in Sri Lanka.
General Practice has always been her passion. She is approachable, friendly and loves getting to know her patients and their families, which she believes is vital to providing effective, patient-centred care.
